FAQs about Christmas Light Fest
What are my options to attend the event?
You can drive your own vehicle through the lights or enjoy a hayride, then visit Santa’s Village. Single vehicle passes are $27. The hayride option is $15 per person. Hayride ticket holders may park at the event for free. Season passes are available to allow you to drive your own vehicle through the lights as many times as you like throughout the 2017 season.
What can I bring into the event?
Be sure to dress appropriately so you can enjoy visiting Santa’s Village and seeing Santa’s Longhorns. If you are going on a hayride and we’re enjoying cooler Christmas weather, dressing appropriately will help keep you cozy. You are more than welcome to bring a blanket along to enjoy the lights. We also sell hot chocolate, make-your-own-s’mores, sausage on a stick and more to help warm you from the inside out. We offer a larger selection of food and beverages on Friday and Saturday nights. Don’t forget to bring your camera for pictures! Animals on leashes are permitted.
What’s the refund policy?
Christmas Light Fest does not offer refunds. Your tickets are transferrable and vehicle passes are good for any night. If you need to reschedule your hayride tickets, we can work with you to make accommodations. Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable (they must be used by the same vehicle/purchaser throughout the season).
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can show your ticket on your phone or print your ticket. Either way, we’re happy to see you under the lights!
Can I update my registration information?
Single vehicle tickets and hayride tickets are fully transferrable, so updating your information is not necessary. Season passes are non-transferrable.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Single vehicle passes and hayride tickets are transferrable. If you cannot attend, feel free to share your ticket with friends. Season passes are non-transferrable.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
